SWISS MAGAZINE, the official Swiss Air “on-board” publication, has featured Al Tarfa Desert Sanctuary in its March 2009 issue. The six page article, written by Suzanne Meiss and with photographs by Reto Guntli, details a magical desert experience ending at Al Tarfa. “…plenty of memorable moments: such as the pleasure of sipping that first glass of ice-chilled white wine on the terrace next to the swimming pool just as the first evening star appears on the horizon at the edge of the desert plateau … a genuine postcard moment,” wrote Meiss, describing her group’s arrival to Al Tarfa.
