In the course of placing the New Valley Province at the top of Egypt’s development agenda, Al Tarfa hosted The Economic Committee of the Egyptian Parliament (ECP) during their visit to Dakhla Oasis. Several meetings were held to discuss development potentials and impediments and Al Tarfa project was chosen as the case study for desired tourism maturity. The workshops were attended by H.E. Governor the New Valley, H.E. Dr. Mustafa El Said, former Minister of Economy and Mr. Abdel Aziz Mustafa, Vice President of the Egyptian Parliament.
