Al Tarfa is located 500 kilometers west of Luxor and a million miles away from the stress of city life. Three weekly flights (on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) connect Dakhla with Cairo. The flights and transfers from anywhere in Egypt can be booked through the Al Tarfa’s Front Office altarfalodge@gmail.com

For big groups, Al Tarfa offers 45-seaters Dash-08 plane to get you to Dakhla Airport (only 20 minutes away from the Lodge). Private jets and Turbo Prop planes are available upon request from anywhere in Egypt.

Weekly flights from Cairo to Kharga Oasis Airport (180km away from the lodge) and daily flights from Cairo to Luxor and/or Assiut Airport (350km), are the best means to reach to Al Tarfa. The lodge also offers transportation services from any of the above airports.
