Dar Al -Mona

Dar el Mona is advantageously set at the highest point within the sanctuary with a panoramic view over the surrounding palms, green fields, dusky-pink cliffs and infinite desert. The cool thick walls of mud-bricks and stones embrace a large fireplace and together with the comfortable and elegant furniture this makes the main salon feels like home. The lounge features “The Explorers’ Bar” overlooks the pool and a sanded-up ancient Roman spring, a rich library with good reads and several intimate corners and private dining rooms. Allowing natural light in, the large windows provides constant contact with the surrounding nature making the interior refreshingly inviting and light.
